Join us for an evening of meaningful conversation and community connection at Meet the Decision-Makers Shaping the Future of Kings Beach. This is your opportunity to hear directly from local leaders, learn about key projects impacting our area, and find out how you can help influence what happens next.
The forum will feature a panel discussion with:
- Cindy Gustafson – Placer District 5 Supervisor
- Brad Johnson – General Manager, North Tahoe Public Utility District
- Sue Rae Irelan – Chair, North Tahoe Community Alliance Board
Moderated by Andrew and supported by our Strong North Tahoe team, this event will tackle the big questions facing our community, such as:
- What are the biggest challenges to getting projects done?
- How can locals have a say before major decisions are made?
- What’s next for Kings Beach and Tahoe Vista?

This event is for anyone who wants to understand the local planning process, learn about current and upcoming projects, and discover ways to get involved. We’ll discuss everything from the Kings Beach State Recreation Area Master Plan to the new Kings Beach Pier and the opportunities and constraints that make Kings Beach a key focus for future growth.
