- 6:00–6:30 PM | Pre-Meeting Mingle: Sign in, meet neighbors, and grab a drink or snack.
- 6:30–6:40 PM | Welcome + Icebreaker: Brief introductions and warm-up discussion.
- 6:40–6:50 PM | 2025 Kickoff: Andrew Ryan will talk about what Strong North Tahoe is working on and opportunities for involvement in 2025: safer streets, parking, local planning efforts, and more.
- 6:50–7:00 PM | Q&A Session: Share your thoughts and ask questions.
- 7:00–7:25 PM | Breakout Groups: Dive deeper into the issues that matter most to you. Work with others to identify priorities and brainstorm next steps for taking action together.
- 7:25–7:30 PM | Announcements + Group Photo: Wrap up with updates and capture the moment.
Post-Meeting Hangout:
Stick around after the meeting or join us at a nearby spot to keep the conversation going.
