Come take part in a community forum where you help set the agenda. Supervisor Cindy Gustafson and the North Tahoe Regional Advisory Council are hosting a Lean Coffee-style conversation with North Tahoe residents.

What’s Lean Coffee?

It’s an agenda-less meeting format where topics come from the people in the room. You bring ideas, vote on what matters most, and then join small, time-boxed discussions. It’s a simple and effective way to make sure:

• Everyone has a voice
• The conversations stay focused
• The issues are relevant and actionable

This approach is rooted in the kind of bottom-up, people-first thinking that aligns with Strong Towns principles. It’s about starting with what matters to the community — and moving forward from there.

Whether you want to listen or speak, this is a space to share concerns, ideas, and questions about what’s happening in North Tahoe.
