Big plans take years, but we can make North Tahoe better today. This meeting is about action, not just discussion.

Using the 4-Step Public Investment Process from Strong Towns, we’ll identify small, meaningful steps we can take immediately—whether it’s improving a blocked sidewalk, advocating for fair electric rates, or making our streets safer.

Come Prepared: Share Your Idea Before the Meeting

We want your ideas on the table. What’s something small we can do right now to improve North Tahoe?

Breakout Groups for Action

We’ll work in small groups to find quick, achievable solutions:

🚶‍♂️ Safe & Productive Streets – Where do we need better crosswalks, sidewalks, or slower traffic?
🏡 Local Housing & Community Growth – How do we take small steps toward making housing work for locals?
✉️ Letter-Writing & Advocacy – Speak up about issues like fair electric rates and infrastructure improvements.
💡 DIY Community Projects – Organize quick wins like a snow-clearing day, a bike parking push, or a street beautification project.
