    Whoever designed the two roundabouts in KB are numb nuts! The idea of roundabouts (as originated in Europe) is to IMPROVE the flow of traffic, NOT slow it. Pedestrian ways are supposed to either be underpasses or overpasses in conjunction with roundabouts. Along with bikeways! Underpasses would be ideal in these key areas but may…
