Short-Term Rentals (STRs)
Residents near STRs want to preserve the small-town feel of our neighborhoods and ensure STRs follow local rules to prevent noise, safety issues, and other disruptions.
You Can Regulate STRs On Your Street
Placer County actually enforces STR rules if you call their 24/7 hotline and leave a message about what is going on at that annoying STR on your block: 530-448-8003.
See their official Short-Term Rental Program.
