Community Pledge

The “Planner’s Pledge” aims to fix problems caused by old ways of building cities or Town Centers. It imagines communities where people live closer together, can walk more, and rely less on cars. Planners/Citizens/Residents who agree to this pledge promise to support these ideas in their work to make neighborhoods better for everyone.

As a community members, this Planner’s Pledge speaks to us; it is a rather bold step to take with intentional community visioning, planning, and strengthening work.
