Secline Beach Phase 3 Community Input Session

A small beach testing a better way, now in the concept design review phase.
NTPUD is asking for community feedback on Phase 3 concepts for Secline Beach. The first in-person input session is Friday, July 17, 2026, from 4 to 6 PM at Secline Beach.
This is the moment to look at what is being proposed and help place what goes where before designs move further.
What is in the mix:
- New public restrooms and formal picnic areas
- Organized kayak and paddleboard storage racks
- E-bike and electric vehicle charging stations
- Coordinated public transportation for beach visitors
- Walkable connections to North Tahoe Beach and Kings Beach State Recreation Area
- Environmental improvements and drainage work that help care for the shoreline

Second session: NTPUD has also scheduled another community input session for Friday, July 31, 2026, from 4 to 6 PM at Secline Beach.
