If North Tahoe becomes a town—what kind of town do we want it to be?

This month’s meetup is about more than incorporation. It’s about recognizing what we’re already doing—fixing things ourselves, looking out for each other, showing that we can lead from the ground up. These aren’t just small wins. They’re the foundation of something bigger.

If we want a town that reflects our values, it starts with us acting like one—right now.

💬 What to expect:

• 5:45–6:10 PM – Doors open, sign in, grab a name tag and idea card

• 6:10–6:20 PM – Quick kickoff: what Strong North Tahoe is doing and how you can get involved

• 6:20–6:35 PM – Updates from the Eastern Placer Future team on the push for incorporation—what it means, what’s next, and how you can help

• 6:35–6:50 PM – Open Q&A on incorporation—ask what you’ve been wondering

• 6:50–7:20 PM – Break-out sessions:
  → Share your ideas
  → Join small teams working on housing, safe streets, and transparency
  → Talk directly with incorporation organizers and take the next step

• 7:20–7:30 PM – Wrap-up and ways to stay connected

• After party – Stick around after—many of us are heading to Whitecaps to keep the conversation going.
