Board of Supervisors Meeting. Be Ready: 39 North Approval Request Possible

The Placer County Board of Supervisors is holding its next Tahoe meeting right here in Kings Beach on June 24 at the Event Center.

While the agenda hasn’t been released yet (expected around June 19–20), this could be an important moment for the 39 North project. Given the short notice timing of the developer’s June 5 “community update,” there’s reason to believe a request for approval or next steps may be brought forward at this meeting.

This is why it matters that we:

• Show up at the 39 North Project Update Meeting on June 5th

• Track what commitments are made

• Stay ready to respond on June 24 — together

If the developer or County staff plan to say “we met with the community and addressed concerns,” it’s up to us to make sure our actual concerns are visible and on record.
